YOUR LIFE. YOUR JOURNEY. YOUR POTENTIAL.
Zinc & Copper: The Performance Duo Built for Elite Athletes
Zinc and copper aren’t just “minerals” — they’re performance drivers. When you train at a high level, your body burns through these trace elements faster than the average person ever will. Keeping them optimized means you recover faster, push harder, and stay durable through heavy training cycles.
Zinc: The Recovery Accelerator
Zinc is the mineral that keeps your system firing under pressure. High‑volume training tears down muscle, stresses immunity, and taxes hormones — zinc is what keeps those systems online.
Athletes lose zinc through sweat — meaning if you’re grinding daily, you’re burning through your reserves faster than you think.
Copper: The Endurance Engine
Copper is the mineral most athletes overlook — and the one that quietly determines how well you perform under fatigue.
If you’ve ever felt “tired for no reason,” copper imbalance is a common culprit.
The Balance That Keeps You Performing
Zinc and Copper work as a team — but they also compete for absorption. Too much zinc can tank copper levels, and that’s when performance drops fast.
Together, they support:
This is the foundation of consistent, elite‑level performance.
Bottom Line for High‑Level Athletes
If you train hard, sweat hard, and push your limits, zinc and copper aren’t optional — they’re part of your performance toolkit. Keeping them dialed in means fewer setbacks, stronger sessions, and a body that can handle the workload of a serious athlete.
